Not what I thought I ordered
I thought i had ordered white text on a red cap. The jpeg I sent was black lettering. I ticked the white box thinking that referred to the colour of the lettering. What I got was a red cap with black lettering on a white rectangle with no margins. Please make it easier for customers to explain exactly what they are wanting - and how to supply artwork that will achieve it.
