Received the wrong size. I’m not sure how the error occurred, but I ordered what I believed to be an XL hoodie, however an XS arrived instead.
Additionally, the print quality was quite poor. I contacted support regarding the issues, and they kindly offered to print the correct size free of charge. However, given the low quality of the print, I did not feel it was worthwhile proceeding with a replacement.
