The tee shirts are reasonable quality and the turn around time is prompt. Where Blueteez drop the ball is with their attention to detail.
Why would you print a solid white background on a white shirt that only has black text on it?
It looks amateur, a big white block behind simple black text on a white tee?
It's common sense really, they sacrifice quality for speed. How about engagement with your customers when you spot an obvious fault or issue that can be easily rectified.
When i first brought clothing from here i was over the moon with the quality of the clothing and especially the print.i liked how it was cut clean around the design, So i brought quite afew prints. However the last recent orders that i have purchased are now printed like a big stickers.they dont cut around the design anymore so it has a ugly background like a big square sticker. Have reached out to the team multiple times to try and rectify it so that i can get them made in the original way without the "background" look and get the design "cut around" but no help from the team..received another order today and same shit. UN HAPPY CUSTOMER...
good quality shirts. Prints look great. Arrived in a few days. Have been using this company for a few years. Best value for quality shirts i can find!
Purchased a selection of shirts using my own designs.
The shirts are beta quality then expected, they dont have stretched collars.
The price is super competitive, nobody in my area offers this service.
The only downside is I found the prints start to deteriorate after multiple washes.
It print quality appears thin, and needs gentle care.
I am happy with the shirts but suggest anyone purchasing blueteez washes them on a gentle cycle and dont over wash your shirts.
I realized straight away after I had done the payment that I made a typo error. I emailed the support team straight away advising them of this and requested they fix the typo error. I followed up again and I received a response 3 days later that the shirts had already been printed. I feel there was ample time for them to help me sort out the mistake. They offered me a 50% discount on my next order. I had no choice but to accept the offer as the shirts from the 1st order could not be used. I understand that it was my mistake, but feel they could have been more helpful, especially since I emailed them straight away regarding the typo error.
