I ordered a mug for my father with photo of my recently deceased mother on it. Cup arrived okay, but when he washed it part of the image came away. It was as if a stray hair had been spray painted onto the cup and it washed off, resulting in my mother's photo being damaged. Two emails to the Helpdesk with photos showing the problem. No response. Next time I will go to kmart.
