I ordered a top as a gift, however when it arrived the size was way too big. I had enough time to exchange the size so I asked if I can do that and was told no. I had to order a new one if I wanted different size. That’s the first time in my memory it happened with a clothing provider. The top wasn’t custom printed, I was happy to post it back at my cost, I just need a different size. Strange experience, would never use this seller again.
